|Compost rings :||4|
The Wormtower consists of a stack of 4 composting rings and a plantring, with underneath a container for the released moisture. The compost worms that end up in the bottom of the container can always crawl back up via the specially designed bottom. The upper compostring of the worm hotel will be closed with the plant ring. In the upper composting ring you can put special compost worms. The worms are fed with uncooked fruit and vegetable residues. The worms also love coffee mugs. Close each layer with a layer of torn cardboard. You can order the worms immediately with your worm bowl. When the first compostring of the worm hotel is full, put an empty ring on top and fill it with waste and cardboard. The worms crawl through the holes in the bottom towards the food. When the last ring is full, the contents of the first ring are composted. Empty this ring and put it back on top to refill. You can drain the liquid through a tap. You dilute this 'worm tea' with water and give it to your plants.
