WHO IS BASIL THE PARSLEY ? 

Basil the Parsley is an essential herb in the aromatic corner of small budding gardeners. Its green stems, with curled leaves, grow twice a year. It is said to be a biennial plant. Basil parsley has character, but it is an easy plant to grow. 

WHEN SHOULD YOU SOW ORGANIC PARSLEY? 

Parsley is sown and grows all year round, both indoors and outdoors. Basil parsley looks good in a pot or in the corner of a flowerpot. 

Place the pot in which you have planted it in the house from late autumn to early spring. 

Harvest it as it grows.

HOW IS THE BASIL THE PARSLEY EATEN?

When the leaves are fully grown, the children can cut them with their little scissors and then shave the leaves off their plate. 

Parsley goes well with mushrooms, in an omelette, on potatoes, or just in a salad.
